How buying through an agent works
This directory stops at the listing. Everything below happens on the agent platform you choose, not here.

So this page describes the general structure of the process only. It deliberately contains no fee percentages, no warehouse storage limits, no delivery estimates and no payment-method claims — those change and must be read on the agent platform itself.
The six stages
1. Confirm the item and its specification
Start from the listing. Open it on HaulSpreadsheet, read the seller’s own measurements, and look at every photo rather than just the first one. The item number shown on the listing is what identifies the product on the marketplace — it is the thing you are actually buying, regardless of how the title is worded.
2. Submit the purchase request
On the agent platform you paste or open the product link and specify what you want: size, colour, quantity, and any variant the seller offers. The agent buys it from the marketplace seller on your behalf. This is the point where the item price is charged.
3. The item arrives at the agent’s warehouse
The seller ships domestically within China to the agent’s warehouse. This leg is a separate cost from the item price. How long it takes depends on the seller, and no fixed timeframe can be stated here.
4. Review the inspection materials
Once the item is received, the agent photographs it. These warehouse photos are a different thing from the seller’s listing images — they show the specific unit that arrived. This is the stage at which you can see the actual item before it leaves China.

5. Submit the parcel for international shipping
You choose which received items go into a parcel. Combining several items into one parcel is normally how shipping cost per item is reduced. The agent then calculates the international shipping cost based on the parcel’s weight, dimensions and the shipping line you pick.
6. Confirm the shipping cost and send
The international shipping charge is quoted at this stage, not at the time you bought the item. Destination-side charges such as import duty or tax are separate again, are set by your own country, and are not something either the agent or this site controls.
Which costs are separate
- Item price — the number shown on the marketplace listing.
- Domestic shipping in China — seller to agent warehouse.
- Possible service fees — whatever the agent charges for handling; read their current terms.
- International shipping — quoted per parcel, after the item arrives.
- Destination charges — duty, tax or handling in your own country.
